The Journal of Pediatrics in Resource-Limited Settings (JPRLS) is pleased to announce its launch as an international, online-only, open access journal publishing continuously in one annual volume.
JPRLS publishes rigorous work in clinical pediatrics, child health, and pediatric education and training, particularly where these relate to resource-limited, underserved, or inequity-affected contexts. The journal particularly welcomes work from low- and middle-income countries while also considering relevant scholarship from other settings.
Submissions are assessed on their relevance, methodological and scholarly rigor, ethical and reporting standards, and potential contribution to pediatric practice, education, or knowledge.
JPRLS currently charges no submission, peer-review, editorial processing, page, color, or publication fees. Published articles are openly available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.
Authors are invited to submit manuscripts through the journal website. Researchers and clinicians with relevant expertise are also welcome to contribute as peer reviewers.
